1. Acceptance
By creating an account or continuing to use Party Swap, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. If you use Party Swap on behalf of a business or team, you confirm you have authority to bind it; otherwise you confirm you are of legal age where you live.
2. The service
Party Swap is a subscription marketplace where direct-sales consultants, managers and directors list opportunities and complete reciprocal Swap Pairs with members of other companies. We provide the platform only; members are responsible for arranging, attending and conducting their own parties and events.
3. Your account
Keep your login details confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse Party Swap. This includes:
- using the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive;
- sending spam or unsolicited promotions to other members;
- infringing anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
- interfering with the security of the service — including malware, probing, scraping or circumventing limits;
- harassing other members or misrepresenting your company or role;
- reverse engineering, reselling or redistributing the service.
Member information is confidential. Party Swap Marketplace member information is confidential and may only be used for legitimate business networking and authorized party-swap activities. Collecting, copying, distributing, or using member information for unauthorized solicitation, marketing, or purposes outside the platform is prohibited.
5. Intellectual property
Laudico-Merriman Enterprises owns Party Swap and all related software, content, documentation and branding, including the Party Swap name and logo. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your membership plan. You keep ownership of content you post and give us a limited licence to host and display it solely to provide the service.
All rights reserved. Duplicating any part of this website is prohibited by law without prior authorization. The Party Swap name and logo are trademarks of Laudico-Merriman Enterprises, with a trademark application on file with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

All company names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify those companies.
6. Payments and subscriptions
Membership payments are processed by our payment provider, which handles payment processing, tax collection, invoicing and transaction-level support. Your card statement may show the charge under a payments descriptor rather than "Party Swap".
Memberships are billed monthly or yearly (yearly saves 10%) and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel any time from your Membership page; access continues until the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy.
7. Service availability
We work hard to keep Party Swap running, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The service is provided "as is", and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may close your account at any time. When access ends, your profile and listings are removed from the marketplace and deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period, except where we must keep records by law.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Laudico-Merriman Enterprises is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits, data or goodwill), or for the conduct of members at swaps and events. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
10. Changes and general terms
We may update these Terms and will post the new version here. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, where Laudico-Merriman Enterprises is based. You may not transfer your account without our consent. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Party Swap ("Party Swap", "we", "us") is operated by Laudico-Merriman Enterprises. When you use Party Swap you are entering into an agreement with Laudico-Merriman Enterprises.
