Choose your plan, not your title
Managers and directors can choose either team plan, regardless of their company title. Pick the Managers or Directors plan based on your team size and quarterly Swap Pair needs — your profile title stays the same.
For example, a director with a smaller team can choose the Managers plan at $24.99/month. A manager who needs more room can choose the Directors plan at $39.99/month.

A Swap Pair counts against your allowance only once the reciprocal exchange is accepted, and allowances reset at the start of each quarter. To keep calendars manageable and make sure every partner follows through, each member can have up to 2 active swaps in progress at once — complete one and your next slot opens. As our community grows, this number can grow too — once we have more than enough members, we'll revisit how many swaps can be open at once. Plans are billed monthly, or yearly up front to save 10%, and you can change or cancel yours at any time from your membership page.
