How it works

One exchange. Two opportunities.

“I'll have a party for you — and you'll have a party for me.” Every Party Swap is reciprocal — there are no one-way swaps.

More than parties. More opportunities.

Party Swap brings direct-sales professionals together to exchange opportunities, meet new audiences and grow their businesses — online or in person.

You create an opportunity for my business, and I'll create one for yours!

  • Traditional home parties
  • Facebook & social media parties
  • Zoom presentations & online events
  • Product demonstrations & tastings
  • Catalog parties & digital shopping links

Both sides agree on what they will offer; every swap remains reciprocal.

01

Create your consultant profile

Your company, category, city and state, how far you'll travel, and whether you'll host online, in person, or are open to either. Your exact home address is never shown to other members.

List your opportunity

Tell us what opportunity you can offer — a home party, Facebook or social media party, Zoom presentation, online event, product demonstration or tasting, catalog or brochure party, or digital shopping link or e-catalog. Choose online or in person, add a date or flexible schedule, general location and approximate guest count where relevant. Then choose “Companies I'm open to swapping with” — leave it on “Open to all companies” or check as many specific companies as you like. Those choices show as tags on your listing.

Find a match

Search the marketplace by distance, city and state, company, category, opportunity type, online or in person, date and availability. Each listing shows tags for the companies its owner is open to swapping with, and a “Matches you” tag when your company is welcome.

04

Request a swap

Pick one of your own available opportunities to offer and send a swap request. The other consultant sees it in their dashboard and notifications.

05

Accept and create a Swap Pair

When they accept, Party Swap creates one Swap Pair: Opportunity A ↔ Opportunity B. Both sides are committed. The two opportunities do not have to happen on the same date. Managers can assign their team's side to a team member — each team member's profile lists the companies they're open to hosting for, so managers can pick someone who's a good match.

Complete and track

Mark the pair scheduled, then completed. Your dashboard tracks how many Swap Pairs you've used and how many remain this quarter.

What counts as one Swap Pair?

A consultant from a company like Scentsy has an opportunity. A consultant from a company like Park Lane Jewelry has an opportunity. They agree to exchange them. That completed reciprocal exchange equals one Swap Pair — and it only counts against your allowance once the exchange is accepted.

Up to 2 active swaps at a time

Quality over quantity: each member can have up to 2 swaps in progress at once (requested, accepted or scheduled). Once one is completed, your next slot opens. This keeps everyone's calendar manageable, gives every member a fair chance at open opportunities, and makes sure each swap partner can count on you to follow through. As our community grows, this number can grow too — once we have more than enough members, we'll revisit how many swaps can be open at once.
