Your team members do most of the swapping, filling their calendars with parties and opportunities. And if you ever want to swap for yourself, that option is always there.

Assign the team's side of a swap
Take a swap for the team, then assign fulfillment to a qualified member of your own team. Each team member's "Open to hosting for" tags show which companies they're happy to host a reciprocal party for, so you can pick the right match.
Reassign without losing the swap
If the assigned member can't fulfill, reassign to another member of the same team. The swap stays intact.
Assigned members message their partner directly
The team member you assign sees the Swap Pair on their own Swaps page, can tap "Message Partner" to plan the party, and can update its status — while you follow along from your Team dashboard.
Up to 2 active swaps per person
Each person on your team can have up to 2 swaps in progress at once, and a swap you assign counts toward that team member. As soon as one is completed, their next slot opens — keeping everyone's calendar manageable and every swap partner confident in follow-through. As our community grows, this number can grow too — once we have more than enough members, we'll revisit how many swaps can be open at once.
Your Swap Pairs are protected
If either consultant has to cancel, or the other side is a no-show, the Swap Pair is immediately returned to your allowance so you can find another match. Swaps are only permanently recorded once they're confirmed completed.
Fulfillment stays in your team
Party Swap will never substitute someone outside your organization for a team assignment. That rule is enforced by the platform.
Choose the capacity your team needs
The Managers plan includes 120 Swap Pairs per quarter and 10 team members. The Directors plan includes 240 Swap Pairs per quarter and 20 team members. Either plan is available to managers and directors, regardless of title.

Your team members don't pay for their own membership — everyone shares your quarterly Swap Pairs.
