What is a Swap Pair?
One completed reciprocal exchange: your opportunity for theirs. Opportunity A ↔ Opportunity B, between two consultants from different companies.
Is Party Swap only for traditional home parties?
No! Party Swap is about exchanging business opportunities, not just home parties. You can offer Facebook or social media parties, Zoom presentations and online events, product demonstrations and tastings, catalog or brochure parties, and digital shopping links or e-catalogs. You create an opportunity for my business, and I'll create one for yours! Both sides agree on what they will offer, and every exchange is reciprocal.
What if my company doesn't use a traditional party model?
You can still exchange an opportunity that fits your business — such as a product demonstration, a catalog party or a digital shopping link. Follow your company's policies and agree with your swap partner on what each of you will do. Swaps do not require purchases, promise sales or involve sharing customer lists.
How do I know the other consultant will actually hold their party for me?
Party Swap is built on mutual accountability. Before you request or accept a swap, you can tap any member's name to view their profile preview—including how many swaps they've successfully completed and their community star rating. After every completed swap, both consultants leave reviews, building a transparent track record that Facebook groups can't offer.
Can I do a one-way swap?
No. Party Swap is reciprocal by design. A swap only exists when both consultants bring an opportunity to the exchange.
Do both opportunities have to happen on the same date?
No. The two sides of a Swap Pair can be scheduled independently.
Can I swap online opportunities as well as in-person events?
Yes! Exchange Facebook or social media parties, Zoom presentations, virtual workshops, catalog or brochure parties, digital shopping links and e-catalogs with consultants nationwide. Or connect locally for home parties, product demonstrations and tastings. Agree on an opportunity that works for both businesses.
Who can join?
Direct-sales consultants, managers, directors and leaders who are active with a direct-sales or multi-level marketing company.
Whose customer is it?
You're exchanging the chance to present, not customer lists. Guests stay connected to the consultant who invited them — and since every Swap Pair is between two different companies, you're never taking customers from a fellow consultant of your own company.
What if a party guest wants to join my team?
Wonderful — that's a happy side effect, not a problem. If a guest falls in love with your products and wants to become a consultant or join your team, that's a brand-new relationship between you and them, not a customer transfer.
How does the allowance work?
Every plan includes a quarterly allowance — 12 Swap Pairs on the Consultants plan, 120 on the Managers plan and 240 on the Directors plan — resetting at the start of each quarter. Your allowance depends on the plan you choose, not your company title. A pair counts only once the reciprocal exchange is accepted.
How many swaps can I have going at one time?
Up to 2 active swaps per person at a time. An active swap is a request you've sent that's waiting for an answer, or an accepted or scheduled swap that isn't completed yet. As soon as one is completed (or cancelled), your next slot opens up from your quarterly allowance. Why? It keeps calendars manageable, stops anyone from grabbing all the open opportunities at once, and makes sure every member gets a dependable partner who follows through. As our community grows, this number can grow too — once we have more than enough members, we'll revisit how many swaps can be open at once.
Can a director choose the Managers plan?
Managers and directors can choose either team plan, regardless of their company title. Pick the Managers or Directors plan based on your team size and quarterly Swap Pair needs — your profile title stays the same. The Managers plan is $24.99/month for up to 10 team members and 120 Swap Pairs per quarter; the Directors plan is $39.99/month for up to 20 team members and 240 Swap Pairs per quarter. Paying yearly saves 10%: $269.99/year for Managers and $431.99/year for Directors.
Can I pay for the whole year up front?
Yes. Every plan can be billed monthly or yearly. Paying yearly saves 10%: Consultants $64.99/year (instead of $71.88), Managers $269.99/year (instead of $299.88) and Directors $431.99/year (instead of $479.88). Swap Pairs still reset every quarter. Nobody is charged during pre-launch.
Can a manager have someone else cover a swap?
Yes — a manager may assign their side of a swap to a qualified member of their own team, and reassign within that same team if needed. The assigned team member can message the swap partner directly to plan the party. Substitutions from outside the team are not allowed.
What if a swap falls through after it's accepted?
If either consultant has to cancel, or the other side is a no-show, the Swap Pair is immediately returned to your allowance so you can find another match. Swaps are only permanently recorded once they're confirmed completed.
Is my address visible?
No. Other members see your city, state and general service area. Your exact home address and personal phone number are never displayed.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Membership is month to month and you can cancel any time.
